Coach Nan is an ATD Master Trainer® (ATD USA) and Certified Master Life Coach with over 28 years across consulting, business strategy, training and transformational coaching. He's known for practical, innovative solutions that drive both personal and organisational success.
He has personally trained more than 450,000 participants across Asia — from government bodies and MNCs to banks, manufacturers and educational institutions — and accumulated over 6,000 professional coaching hours guiding leaders, entrepreneurs and teams to break limitations and accelerate results.
A respected figure in the Malaysian coaching community, he served as elected Director of Membership for the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches (MACC, 2020–2022), and brings 21+ years as a business strategist across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Brunei and Cambodia. His mastery of NLP, hypnotherapy and emotional intelligence underpins the Pro Innothinking Mindset at the heart of Freedom Discovery.
